Before joining Y-PARC Swiss Technopole SA, he held a management position at EATON, a multinational company specializing in technological products and services dedicated, among other things, to the energy transition. There, he managed a decentralized team of engineers responsible for the design of energy conversion and storage equipment, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles.
Maude joined Y-PARC in September 2011 and helped welcome the first start-ups when the Y-START incubator was created.
She assists companies in their set-up projects and supports them in their development within the ecosystem. She is also responsible for the promotion and communication strategy, as well as event organization.
Active in the park for more than 10 years, Maude is well acquainted with the region’s economic players and works closely with the institutes of the Haute Ecole d’Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (HEIG-VD). She has an extensive network and experience that she puts to good use for the benefit of project developers, resident companies and park partners.
Competitive and dynamic by nature, Maude is always ready to challenge her friends and family to a game of table soccer or badminton. She also likes to enjoy nature on horseback.
Flora joined the park in September 2022 as administrative assistant. She is responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of the Y-START Incubator. She greets and welcomes Y-PARC visitors and users. She contributes her management skills and valuable support to the various requests.
After completing an apprenticeship as a pharmacy assistant and gaining two years’ experience in the field, Flora decided to complete a second apprenticeship as a commercial employee. She is currently training in human resources.
When she’s not reading or discovering new regions and countries, Flora enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
