Y-PARC continues its expansion and is preparing to welcome two new buildings following a double investment of a total of CHF 55 million. A first project will offer 20’000 m2 of space to rent for future projects. A second will house the headquarters of the civil engineering firm Perret Gentil + Rey & Associés SA and its forty or so employees. The City of Yverdon-les-Bains and the management of Y-PARC SA welcome these two projects, which are indicative of the dynamism experienced by the capital of northern Vaud and the entire region.
