A coworking space at the incubator Y-START
In the centre of our incubator, our coworking space is ready to welcome up to 10 tech start-ups.
What is it?
It is a shared workspace for a day, a week or a month.
It is an exclusive access to workshops, events of our incubator and experts financed by Y-Parc SA for advice in various fields (prototype development, fundraising, valuation, go to market strategy, financing, design thinking, intellectual property, etc.)
A daily offer
Are you looking for a workspace on an occasional basis? Take advantage of our coworking area by booking our daily offer at the price of CHF 25.00 excl. tax/day.

Terms and Conditions
- Open to all tech start-ups
- Only during reception hours (8am to noon / 2pm – 4:30pm), depending on availability on the same day
- Registration (signing sheet) and payment in cash
- Max. 2 people per company
5-day Pass
Are you starting your business and looking for premises on an occasional basis? The 5-day Pass is an excellent option that offers you a work space and gives you access to the incubator's support services at a price of CHF 125.00 excl. tax/week.

- 3 hours offered with an expert from our panel (specialists, coaches and investors)
- Various networking events, such as workshops and aperitifs
- Free access to conference rooms based on availability and during the 5 selected days
- A key to the premises for free access during the 5 selected days
- A private locker
- Access to internet and printers
- Cafeteria area

- Only for tech start-ups less than 2 years old
- Registration 48 hours in advance (online form) and flexible payment options (cash or on invoice)
- If not used, the 3 hours offered with an expert are not cumulative
- Max. 2 people per company
