The Fédération Vaudoise des Entrepreneurs, via la Caisse de Retraite Professionnelle de l’Industrie Vaudoise de la Construction, is investing CHF 15 million in Y-PARC to build the first shared parking garage.

It will have about 1,000 parking places, with a first phase of 422 slots available in spring 2021. This long-awaited parking garage will meet the needs of users of the many new constructions in progress and to coming soon.
